Friendly and traditional, The Wheelwright’s Arms is a country pub in the village of St Nicholas Hurst, which is part of the rolling Berkshire countryside.

We have the benefit of having two outdoor spaces – a large patio at the front and an enclosed, dog-friendly beer garden at the back, featuring a heated canopy (between October and March) and atmospheric festoon lighting.

With plenty of wooden table and chair seating, and parasols for those sunnier days, you’ll always find there’s a space for you in our pub garden, where you can enjoy our range of great food and drinks with family, friends and your four-legged friends.

You may want to come visit us and rest your legs after walking around Dinton Pastures or Black or White Swan Lake, or you may prefer to recharge before visiting these local hotspots. Either way, our beer garden is the perfect pitstop.
